Digitizing Handwritten Log Books
Client Requirement:
A client was summoned to court and required to submit information regarding its environmental pollution process and usage of raw materials. The client needed to include the information from the past three years, and migrate it from its handwritten log book into a more usable format.
Challenges :
- Difficulty deciphering handwritten numbers and descriptions in the worn log books
- Multiple corrections and strike items needed to be carefully reviewed
Inspinity's Role:
Inspinity received the scanned images from the client's log book and separated them by year, month and week. Then, it manually coded the information into the respective fields so it could generate graphs to display usage.
Outcome:
The client was able to generate graphs showing its raw material usage, along with the other graphs and information it needed to illustrate.
