Our Story :
In 1997, Inspinity, a wholly owned subsidiary of IT outsourcing company, Software Paradigms International, was founded in Mysore, India to provide Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) to companies wanting to focus on core functions, while reducing delivery costs for non-core tasks.
Inspinity's primary services include Transcription, Medical Coding, Legal Coding, Digital Content Management and Help Desk, and it primarily focuses on Healthcare, Legal and Accounting and Financial industries in the U.S and Europe.
Since its inception, Inspinity has grown to be one of the largest Indian-based transcription businesses. In 2003, it acquired digitization provider, Comat, to augment its portfolio offerings, and in 2009, it continued expansion with a second facility in Mangalore, India.
Throughout the years, Inspinity has achieved certifications and recognitions that solidify its placement as a leading global provider. Among its multiple merits, Inspinity teams are HIPAA-compliant, ISO 9001:2008-certified and have undergone rigorous Quality Assurance audits.
